Speed depends on board grade, flute type and working width. The advanced line is configured for up to 200 m/min design speed and 180 m/min working speed with a 380 mm roller diameter, or 180/150 m/min with a 360 mm roller.
Yes. Lines are configured for multi-ply with the corresponding number of single facers. Switching between 3, 5 and 7-ply is done by engaging or bypassing the relevant single-facer units.
The line supports A, B, C, E and BC (double-wall) flute profiles. Corrugated rollers are interchangeable and can be swapped in approximately 20 minutes with the electric roller-change cart.
Standard configurations are available in 1,400 mm, 1,600 mm, 1,800 mm, 2,200 mm and 2,500 mm working widths. Custom widths can be discussed based on your plant layout and output requirements.
