  • Automatic Slotting & Scoring: Equipped with 2 Γ— 500mm slotting knives, fully automatic adjustment. Slotting and scoring are completed in one pass with high efficiency.
  • Servo-Driven Slitting & Scoring: Independent servo-driven slitter knives and scoring wheels with pre-creasing function. Quick order change within 1–3 seconds.
  • Longitudinal Slitting & Creasing: Powered creasing wheels with tungsten carbide slitter blades deliver smooth, precise cuts. Pneumatic pressure adjustment enables complex box types to be formed in a single process.
  • Horizontal Cutting: One active rotary cross-cutting knife trims excess cardboard, eliminating the need for an additional paper cutter.
  • Vibrating Knife: Special vibrating knife allows precise cutting of irregular or customized box shapes.

The ND-25000MBM accepts an unlimited feed length with a maximum width of 2500mm, and a minimum sheet of 650mm length Γ— 200mm width β€” covering everything from small cartons to large corrugated boxes.

The ND-25000MBM runs at 20 pieces/min with an order change time of ≀10 seconds, so production lines can switch box styles quickly without long downtime.
