Yes. Each shaftless lifting stand is equipped with two paper pushers ("turtles") on both sides, allowing cardboard to be fed simultaneously and reducing downtime during roll changeovers.
Clamping, releasing, centering and lateral movement of the raw cardboard roll are all performed via hydraulic transmission, at a working pressure of 8β12 MPa from a 4kW hydraulic station.
Dual-stage tooth-type clamping heads with a 3/4 inch clamp head size are standard; tooth-type or expanding-type heads are available as an option.
