FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The Type I lead edge machine has a design speed of up to 200 pcs/min and a working speed of 180 pcs/min for the 920 model (1,200 and 1,400 mm models run at 180/150 pcs/min respectively). Actual throughput depends on board grade, box dimensions, and the number of print colours active.

The machine is designed for B, C and E-flute single-wall and BC double-wall corrugated board. Printing plate thickness is 3.94 mm as standard. Adjustable clearances on the feed and cut units allow the machine to be tuned for different board weights.

Auto zero setting on the feeder, combined with electric phase adjustment on the print and slotter units, enables fast, accurate order changeovers. Hardened HRC >60 gears maintain registration consistency across runs, so the machine is ready at full accuracy immediately after a changeover.

Registration precision is ≤±1.5 mm and die cutting accuracy is ≤±0.5 mm under standard operating conditions. Chromium-plated shafts and hardened (HRC >60) drive gears maintain these tolerances across long production runs.

Yes — installation, commissioning and operator training are included with every machine. Our engineers remain on-site until the machine reaches target output, with ongoing after-sales support and spare parts supply available.
